Usually, jobs as movie extras do not pay extremely well. But this fact is compensated by getting to know people in the industry, and finding out how things work behind the scenes. You can definitely benefit from this experience. You just have to be armed with patience, and be flexible when taking indications. Also, try not to jump in front of the lead actress of the movie and say you are their biggest fan – this will get you fired immediately. Be professional and skilled, and you might just have a chance for major success.
